It’s a beautiful thing to consider someone your friend when you only have known them for a short amount of time. Samantha and Jordan are just that couple. They truly love each and those around them. People can’t help but be attracted to their light. They emit such a positive and joyful spirit and invite others into their love. This was apparent when they said “I Do” in front of their closest family and friends at Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield, FL.

Perhaps one of most powerful things I’ve ever seen at a wedding. The immediate family on both sides came up and prayed for Samantha and Jordan! Beautiful…

“You may kiss your bride!”

The seating arrangement were placed on wine bottles, as labels… Brilliant!

Shortly after the ceremony we were able to capture some intimate photos right before the sunset…

Samantha and Jordan are true Star Wars lovers. They even proceeded from the ceremony with the theme song to the movie!

Their dance was honestly something from the TV series “So you think you can dance.” It was breathtaking… I love how the B&W film made it look so classic and timeless…

Their Story…

Jordan and Samantha were introduced by the principal of their school, Dr. Geoff McKee, in the fall of 2014. McKee did not only introduce them, but made the bold claim “I see you two married one day!”. Jordan was sold in that moment; Samantha was ready to run from the awkwardness of the prediction. Six months passed and the two grew to know each other as colleagues, then friends, and then best friends. Jordan first pursued Samantha wholeheartedly, and it was almost perfectly timed…but fell short. He then wholeheartedly pursued his faith… and the Lord led him back to Samantha in His (perfect) timing. Samantha knew that she saw “her husband” once Jordan began to share his dreams with her. On one November evening, he told her he “wanted to present her to God in better shape than when he found her.” The rest is history! Somewhere between trips to Manhattan for Broadway shows, to a summer road trip to New York (where Jordan proposed in front of 2,300 people at a Chris Botti concert), J & S have been continually falling into an intimacy from which they have never recovered . Join them in celebration of a holy covenant on December 18th.
